Food insecurity is real. Here are some links, ads & a map to places where you can get assistance, volunteer and/or donate. Please check in on your neighbors.

THE UPPER VALLEY FOOD MAP

Orange Spoon & Forks are meals, Purple Milk & Apple are food pantries.

Click on one near you and it will pop up with 20 questions they answered in November 2025.

(Last Update on map 4:18pm on 12/26/2025)

This map is a WORK IN PROGRESS. We went ‘LIVE’ before it’s complete because SOME information is better that NO information. We are updating as data comes in from all the pantries and meal sites. Please check back often. Also, if you see something WRONG or MISSING – send an email to info@uvriseup.

ALSO…This map is not just for folks in need.

It is also for folks who want to VOLUNTEER and/or GIVE! So check it out!ALSO…This map is not just for folks in need.

A Vermont Foodbank truck parked outside, with fresh produce such as carrots displayed on the side. People are seen participating in a food distribution event.
There is a mobile pantry called Veggie VanGo…for some reason they don’t want us to tell you about it…so of course we are gonna tell you. To find out about a local VVG near you, email veggievango@vtfoodbank.org or call 1-800-585-2265.
A vibrant bowl of soup garnished with parsley, with a soup spoon resting on the rim, accompanied by beans in the background, highlighting a community initiative to combat hunger.

(From someone who goes to a pantry…this is what she hopes is there..)

  • Eggs, Butter, Cheese, Milk, Yogurt

  • Diapers/wipes

Now, not all pantries have the capability to receive meat and fresh produce. So please check ahead of making donations.

They encourage retail-sized food donations (i.e. the sizes of items you’d pick up at your local grocery store for your family). Donations are distributed to individuals and families, so bulk items, such as very large bags of rice, beans, etc., are difficult to distribute, carry and store.

When your money gets diverted to pay for food, CAP’s can help with other things.

(for NH, Seems like TCCAP is not serving the Upper Valley? If someone knows anything different, please hit me up!)
